My focus is on the student learning experience. During this time where face to face interaction is limited, there needs to be an increase of communication within the student staff liaison committee. Particularly regarding the curriculum, learning and teaching process, assessment and feedback, student progression, guidance and quality enhancement.
My listening and communication skills, critical analysis, negotiation, self-reflection , time management and drive to build relationships has allowed me to benefit my course in Semester One.
So far, we have worked with staff to extend assessment deadlines, and adapt assessments to facilitate the current situation regarding covid-19. The priority is to work with students and for students.
