"Building bridges, breaking barriers!"

As an international student representative, I hereby declare my manifesto to uphold the following principles:

  1. Inclusivity and Diversity: I believe that every student, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or any other identity, should feel welcome and supported in their academic journey. I will work towards creating a campus environment that embraces diversity, celebrates multiculturalism, and fosters a sense of belonging for all international students.

  2. Mental Health and Well-being: I acknowledge that the stress of studying abroad can take a toll on the mental health and well-being of international students. I will advocate for increased mental health resources and support services that address the unique challenges faced by international students.

  3. Accessibility and Affordability: I understand that the cost of studying abroad can be a significant barrier for many international students. I will work towards increasing accessibility and affordability of education for international students by advocating for scholarships, grants, and financial aid programs.

  4. Career and Professional Development: I recognize that many international students come to study abroad with the goal of enhancing their career prospects. I will work to provide career and professional development opportunities that equip international students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their chosen career paths.

As a spokesman for international students, I pledge to do all in my power to advance and uphold their interests. I am committed to fostering an environment that is encouraging for international students since I feel that it is crucial for the success of all students.
