Frank Morton 2019
Frank Morton is one of the biggest events of the Chem Eng calendar, run by IChemE where all associated universities come together to compete in various 'sports', followed by a big night out afterwards!
FRANK MORTON 2019!!!
This years Frank Morton will be held at Sheffield Uni on the 18th of February where we will compete in various “sports” (from rounders, dodgeball and quidditch to rugby, football and tennis). If you’re not keen on the sports you can come to spectate (drink) and join in with the big night afterwards.
Strathclyde have a big reputation for loving the party and have been runners up the last couple years (FU Birmingham). We don’t plan on letting this go anytime soon so get readyyy troops!
You will only be able to buy a ticket from the link if you are a member. Therefore if you are keen to come and don’t have a society membership we ask that you purchase one online before Tuesday and check that you can log in to the union website beforehand. You also MUST BE OVER 18 by the time of the event in order to come.
Don’t worry if you don’t get a place first time round, there’ll be another ticket release later and spaces always open up from people dropping out etc so we’ll keep you updated.
We’ll be posting more info about sports/teams/transport and all that fun stuff later on.
We realise this is earlier and Sheffield ticket prices are a bit more expensive than usual but that’s even more reason to come along and show them how The Tech play.
We are also open to any theme suggestion, preferably ones which come with a good pun so give us a shout if you have any.
Lots of Love,
The Society xoxo
