SUMSA (Strathclyde University Muslim Students Association) have a passionate team of Society Members who work hard participating in Charity Week which is one of the biggest global charity events which seek to help impoverished children and orphans around the world. They do such a great job that they managed to raise the most money in Glasgow for Charity week!

As one of the largest societies at Strathclyde, SUMSA have been doing great work helping many students integrate into the university lifestyle and providing lots of helpful advice, hosting fun social events and much more!

As seen from the upcoming events, they are an extremely busy society and reach a substantial amount of the Muslim (as well as non Muslim) students from campus. Just last Saturday (October 20th), they raised £1600 for charity week for a Ben Nevis hike and this was thanks to their passionate members who enjoy participating with SUMSA.

If you would like to see SUMSA in action make sure to check out their very own YouTube channel at sumsatv
