The results are in following this year's Spring Election season! Keep reading to find out who your new Executive Officer, Equality Officers and Faculty Reps are. Thanks to every student who cast their vote, supported someone running, or ran for a position.

This year we had 29 candidates running across 15 positions. There were 10,666 votes cast by 2431 voters. This represents 11.7% of the eligible voters (20,812) at Strathclyde.

Your 2026/27 Executive Officers are:

  • Union President – Fraser Brown
  • Activities President – Callum Denton
  • Education President – Lucia Gil Dorta
  • Inclusion President – Jo Fitzpatrick
  • Sports President – Tilly Galvin

Your 2026/27 Equality Officers are:

  • Disability Equality Officer – Jay McKee
  • International Students' Officer – Sofi Zhaxylykova
  • LGBTQ+ Equality Officer – Joseph Kean
  • Women's Equality Officer – Ali Imran
  • Race Equality Officer – Omowonuola Esther Diya

Your 2026/27 Faculty Reps are:

  • Faculty Rep Business Undergraduate – Mattheos Perakis
  • Faculty Rep Engineering Undergraduate – Mateusz Spitziar
  • Faculty Rep HaSS Undergraduate – Brodie Thomson
  • Faculty Rep Science Undergraduate – Alexandru Florea
  • Faculty Rep Science Postgraduate Taught* – Mohammed Musthaleeb
