As your Full-Time Student Officers, we recognise that there is a lot happening on a local and national level that may be making this a difficult time to be a student.

Our priority is ensuring that all students at Strathclyde feel safe, seen, and supported. We are here to represent every individual student, group, club, and society in all areas of student life and strive to ensure that Strath Union remains a space for everyone. If something isn’t going right – we want to know, and we want to work with you to make sure your time at university is the best that it possibly can be.

We are committed to our ongoing campaign work against all forms of gender-based violence and bigotry within our society whilst also fighting to ensure all students can succeed at Strathclyde.

As we go into the summer period and start preparing for the academic year ahead, we want to assure all students that we are committed to student wellbeing and making campus an inclusive space.

If you need any support whilst at Strathclyde, please reach out to the support systems we have across campus:

Advice Hub - strathunion.advice@strath.ac.uk

Disability & Wellbeing Service - disability-wellbeing@strath.ac.uk

Report & Support - Report & support | University of Strathclyde

Safe 360 - Safe360 | University of Strathclyde

Trans Hub - Trans Hub

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of your Executive Officers about any issues where you feel that your voice isn’t being heard.

We see you. We hear you. We are here for you.
