How can we sell merch?

1. Societies should seek out a wholesaler for creating their desired merch. Make sure you know the following details before reaching out:

   Start and end date of sales

   Item name

   Colour and size options

   Prices of all the options (please see the table at the bottom of this page for the processing charge per item and please indicate if you have added this to the total price the student will pay or if you would like us to add this on)

   Any stock limits of all the options

   Any images they have of the products

   Delivery cost (if it is free delivery, the delivery cost should be included in the item price)

   If you're offering delivery, a point of contact who will be responsible for receiving the delivery addresses (has to be a Strathclyde email address)

2. Once you have this information, please send these to the Socieites inbox so we can start creating the product details to add to your website to be advertised.

As products can come in more than five sizes, we only add one product to the website per colour/type of merch. This stops the webpage from overcrowding. To gather sizing, we have a form that can be filled out to indicate what size the customer requires. We will send you this, and you can tailor it to the merch you are selling.

The form will be sent out as a receipt after a customer purchases the merch. You can collect the responses and then order the correct size for the customer.
