Available at various locations across campus
Sanitary towels and tampons are available throughout campus for free. We have Regular and Overnight towels as well as Regular and Super tampons. The products are for everyone: from students who are struggling to afford to buy them, to those that forgot to bring a spare, or others that may just have been caught short – please take them and use them!
Full packets can be ordered for free from the Strath Union online shop, with the order ready to collect within two days. You can pick up your order from the Welcome Desk on Level 7 between 9am-8pm on weekdays - discreet packaging is provided. Single products are available in a variety of buildings throughout campus. Full packets and single products can be found in The Advice Hub on Level 7.
If you ever need sanitary products, simply take what you need from one of our many dispensers throughout campus - we want you to use them. Please dispose of your products properly once they are used. Sanitary bins can be found in most cubicles in the women’s and gender-neutral toilets across campus.
