Parliament Minutes & Papers

If you want to propose an amendment to these proposals (this could be adding, replacing, or removing a word/clause/sentence/paragraph), please e-mail strathunion.dem@strath.ac.uk by 4pm on Monday 21st September with the following:

1. Whether you wish to add, replace, or remove content
2. The exact text you wish to add/replace/remove, and where it appears in the document
3. (For replacing content) The text you wish to appear instead

You can submit one amendment with all changes you wish to propose or several amendments if they concern different aspects of the proposal. Each amendment will be voted on in turn by Student Parliament.

Please note that since the Schedules form Strath Union’s governing document together with the Articles, some changes might not be possible either due to Charity, Companies, and/or Education law, or due to creating a conflict with the Articles. We will let you know if this is the case.

If you wish to attend in person, registration is encouraged but not required. If you wish to join the meeting online, you must register and we will send a link out 30 minutes before the meeting. Registration for this meeting closes 30 minutes before it is due to take place.
