Day 2 has drawn to a close at the Strath Union and 'After the Pandemic @ COP26' Hub! It was another busy day of activity with speakers and workshops. Students are welcome to attend events simply register for free via EventBrite. There are countless opportunities to hear about projects, ways to get involved and important messages all in the name of tackling climate change.  If you've missed any of the events you can catch up on the After the Pandemic YouTube page

Last night we welcomed Walk2COP26, pictured below, after they completed their 510 mile walk from London to Strath Union, Glasgow. They held a great talk today with a panel of experts to discuss topics around climate justice. Another talk is happening tomorrow, secure your spot here.

There will be shooting taking place for a feature tomorrow at the new Triptych sculpture in Rottenrow Gardens tomorrow from 12:30pm onwards.  If any students wish to attend to be part of the shots, please do. They will need to sign the attached release form prior to filming. DM us on socials for the form.

Are you a business student wanting to shape the future of business? The SOI Spark Lab is happening tomorrow from 9.30am in the Mandela Auditorium. Two youth activists from the Philippines and South Korea will be speaking at 14.30 in The Venue with Global Social Leaders.  Tanasha and Cherry are two incredible members of the Global Social Leaders movement who will share their stories and experience of youth climate action in the Phillipines and South Korea 

Lego: Build The Change have a space for all visitors running all day on level 1
